This is another strategic move taken by Tianying Medical after successfully acquiring German high-tech dental laser listed company Elexxion AG in 2016.

Mectron, Italy, is the inventor of ultrasound bone knife technology and is at a world leading level in the fields of ultrasound bone knife and ultrasound treatment equipment.

The joint venture company will assemble and produce neurosurgical ultrasound osteotomes, spinal surgery and orthopedic ultrasound osteotomes, ENT ultrasound osteotomes, and a series of dental ultrasound treatment equipment in Shanghai. The market prospects are extremely broad.
