PIEZOSURGERY FELLOWSHIP MASTERCOURSE
Program 2018-2019
Piezosurgery is a revolutionary bone cutting technique that improves and simplify bone surgery in daily practice. The learning curve necessary to obtain a predictable clinical results requires a special training.
The Master Course is organized in order to offer the possibility to each participant to know in depth the main surgical techniques and to reach the right surgical skill thanks to an outstanding educational material and an effective hand-on sections on animal bone.

Fellowship course certificate will be awarded after finishing all the courses and passing the tests.Moreover, students can continue to apply for the 2-year master courses corresponding to the master degree of 'implant and fixed denture restoration'. 3. Prof. Stefano BenedicentiProfessor Benedicenti is Associate Professor in Restorative Dentistry and Endodontics at the University of Genova(Italy). He is Dean of the laser department center of the University of Genova. Additionally, he is President of the European Master Course in “Laser Dentistry”. He is a Founding member of IAHT (International Academy of High Tech) Professor Benedicenti is an author and co-author of 80 publications in National and International journals and three books in the field of laser dentistry. |  |

Prof. Simone VerardiDr. Simone Verardi graduated from the School of Dentistry of the Universita’ di Roma “La Sapienza' in 1998. In 2000 he completed a Post-Graduate course in Regenerative Periodontal Surgery at the FedericoII University of Naples. In 2001 he moved to the United States of America and attended the specialty program in Periodontics at the University of Washington of Seattle, WA. In2004 he thus received the Certificate in Periodontics and also a Master of Science in Dentistry (MSD). Soon after he became a full time Assistant Professor in the Department of Periodontics of the University of Washington, where he was in charge of courses on Implantology and Periodontics. In2004 he received the Award for Outstanding Research from the California Society of Periodontists. In 2005 he became a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Verardi has published several scientific articles and lectured in 4 continents. He is the current President of the Schluger-Ammons Study Club, founding member and Treasurer of the International Piezosurgery Academy, and is member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the Academy of Osseointegration. He is also an Affiliate Assistant Professor at the University of Washington. He works in private practice and his special expertise includes Esthetics, Advanced Bone Grafting and Implantology.

Prof. Claudio Stacchi DDS,MscBorn in Gorizia (Italy) in 1964. Graduated in Dentistry (DDS) and post-graduate diploma in Oral Surgery (MSc) at the University of Trieste (Italy). Adjunct professor in Oral Implantology since 2007 at the School of Dentistry and at the Post-Graduate School in Oral Surgery at the University of Trieste. Since 2017 he achieved the National Scientific Qualification (ASN) as Associate Professor. Active founding member and current President (2017-2019) of the International Academy of Piezoelectric Surgery (IPA), and active member of the Italian Academy of Osseointegration (IAO). Member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Research Professional practice limited to Periodontology and Implantology at the Dental Clinic of the University of Trieste(Italy) and at his private office in Gorizia (Italy).
