It is another strategic move of Tian Ying Medical after its successful acquisition of the German listed high-tech dental laser company elexxion AG in 2016.

Italy Mectron is the inventor of ultrasonic osteotomy technology, which is in the world leading level in the fields of ultrasonic bone knife and other ultrasonic medical equipment.

The joint venture in Shanghai will assemble and manufacture products including unltrasonic bone knife for neurosurgery, spine surgery , orthopaedics and ENT,  as well as series of dental ultrasonic equipment.
